Order Policy

  1. Once you place your order, all details will be discussed through messages. You will be asked to send your preferred photos, background, and overall theme for your custom box.

  2. To start processing your order, a 50% deposit of the total price is required.

  4. Orders are officially confirmed only after sending the deposit along with the payment screenshot.

  5. Production time takes around 7 to 10 business days starting from the date of order confirmation.

  6. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  7. Since each box is custom-made specially for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
